Product storage information: Please note: in hot weather, chocolate may melt and then harden in the package. This does not affect the quality of the product. If this happens, crumble the product before mixing it with an electric mixer. My chocolate fondant should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 48 hours of preparation.
