Ingredients: For the cake preparation (415 g): sugar, 24% WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, raising agents (E 575 and sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (E 472a, E 472b), glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, a delicious lemon flavor, a thickener (xanthan gum), and a coloring (annatto norbixin). May contain traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, NUTS. For my lovely decoration (20 g): icing sugar and a bit of potato starch.
