Ingredients: For the preparation of the semolina cake (165g): sugar, 36% durum WHEAT semolina, a gelling agent (carrageenans), flavorings, MILK mineral concentrate, palm oil, and colorants (annatto, riboflavin). May contain traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, and TREE NUTS. With 13% caramel (27g): caramel (sugar, water). And with 7.2% raisins (15g): 99% raisins, and a bit of sunflower oil.
