Ingredients: For the cake preparation (415 g): sugar, WHEAT flour 24%, WHEAT starch, leavening agents (E 575 and sodium carbonates), emulsifiers (E 472a, and E 472b), glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, a thickener (xanthan gum), and a flavoring. May contain traces of GLUTEN, EGG, SOY, NUTS. And for my lovely decoration (20 g): icing sugar and a bit of starch.
